What's The Best Painkiller For A Brazilian

Mixed Media / Mixed Media

This project started as improvised design. Then I decided to use it as a starting point for an exhibition of photographs made for the thesis of Laura Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. The project consists of 20 A4 fortografie over 5 files. As an alternative version of the photographs were arranged in succession on a single row, from left to right, thus imposing an order of reading. The basic idea comes to life from the analysis of passport photos and identity of the problem that these pose. He also held account of the artistic evolution that the "passport" has had over time, from Warhol to now. Furthermore, increasing concerns the issue of identity is starting in the scientific study of facial expressions in relation to emotions. Finally
is a clear homage to sequeniziale.

What Percentage Of Muscle Is Good

Comics. Competition Flashfumetto 2009

Created in just two days of intensive work for the competition Flashfumetto 2009 on the occasion of the BilBolBul, international festival of comics. The short processing time, from the birth of the idea to its implementation coincided with the attempt to bring together and relive the memory, as honestly as possible, a fantasy game that I was a child. He imagined, along with other children, of being left at sea and being attacked by a shark. At that time the walls of the room disappeared and the couch became a boat. It was all a game of improvisation. Impromptu, therefore, would also be a drawing, or at least the subject, the narration. Partly right, however, is the distribution of the cartoons, on mo 'puzzle, as if they were interchangeable. Each vignette is a reminder of its own, sometimes interrupted by a noise, a line in the dark, a door opens.
