I Brushed My Teeth And Gagged

Workshop with Chiara Carrer

I just finished a workshop with the beautiful Chiara Carrer great on children. Chiara Carrer not any illustrator. It 's a champion. As a guide it is a privilege that I recommend to everyone.

This time I went to use oil pastels after 23 years since I touched them and there is nothing to do, I always enjoy so much! The less refined forms of expression belong in the best My artistic temperament. I've got to make a right, I'll never placid water ...

Je viens de terminer
a beau atelier sur les enfants avec Chiara Carrer. Chiara Carrer n'est pas comme les autres une illustrator. Elle a talent extraordinaire. Elève Etre am est un privilège que je recommande à tout le monde.

This time, I used oil pastels after 23 years I did most affected. It was fun. There is nothing to do, I still love them so much! Obviously, less sophisticated techniques are most suitable to my artistic temperament. Must accept this.

Electric Box Level 27

Helena, 65.

Luxembourg - Sophia and Felix came into this world, no yelling, no screaming. There are two new small players in a story that in part has already been written, a story that is said by some will not future, but for others will last forever.

Sophie weighs 2.2 kg, 2.4 kg Felix. Not bad for twins born with three weeks in advance. Mama Alice, however, does not cease to shed tears on the white hospital pillow. Little Sophie was in fact a kidney problem, and that his tiny little body cenitinaia few hours has already been violated by all sorts of needles, needles that now impose the soft little head.

Sophie's grandmother called Helene and Felix, and lives in a small town in northern Luxembourg, on the border with Belgium. Every day, to dry the tears of his children, through the middle of a hurry while small Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a village after village. I met

Helene yesterday morning, in one of my days without racing and delays. BUS 265, the one that brings me Dondelange every day in downtown, has gone with 2 minutes early, and the next one would pass 30 minutes later, too late for my French class. I hitchhiked. Ten cars went faster without even stopping (hitchhiking is illegal in Luxembourg), Helan then stopped, and with a huge smile welcomed me for a few minutes in his great universe.

We talked in French and Italian. Helena has a passion for southern Italy and every year since Alice's father passed away, with a group of friends, visiting a new place in the Italian south. This year, in September, will be the turn of Sicily: Palermo, Cefalu, Castelbuono. While

Helena spoke, telling of his first time in Paris at age 40, and his marriage in 1970, his two other children and the restoration of the ruins where he still lives today, her cheeks, already ruled by age , bathed in tears and memories.

Ten minutes later we were in the city center. We greet with affection. I'm back in my little life of self-centeredness, her in his great universe of dedication and support.

Grace Period Drivers License Ohio

Montreuil 2010

Reed was con un po 'di ritardo, eccovi the Cronaca del Salon de Montreuil Press di di quest'anno! Mi sono
Ritrovata a Parigi con due illustratrici conosciute Macerata last summer and Nadia Simona surprised us and now the snow. Tripping to the stands of Montreuil, as usual, I found many interesting books, some moving, some clever and surprising. I can confirm this. The French publishing for children is too far! Three days passed them entirely by taking notes, make sketches, read entire books on the sly, to meet friends and make me spend a few illustrators French books purchased. It 's a world of Montreuil, did not get enough.
year then I focused heavily on independent publishers who publish books really cutting edge in style to graphic content.

Among the best moments that I experienced was the meeting with Kaatje Vermeire, Belgian illustrator very talented, entirely unknown in Italy, of which I fell in love at the last Fair of Bologna casually flipping through two books written in Flemish then I could buy :-)

I was very happy to know that even Charlotte Gastaut has a very original visual style, as you do the rest. Charlotte has also signed the strap free of the Salon this year! Too cute! I did stock up!;
E-p 'was a pleasure to meet again my dear friend Cathy Delanssay, illustrator and wonderful person.

Among the most interesting books that I bought segnalo:

La vie juste à coté Anne Mulpas Pourchet and Marjorie, ed. Sabarcane

a book of pure poetry as only the French authors can do when a child used to always look straight ahead, she discovers life and love by moving his eyes "juste à coté.

Les demons Caca Loodts Fabienne, ed. Esperluète (independent Belgian publisher)

a brilliant little book which dissects the relationship between humans and their demons.
